No Limits is looking to expand its senior management team with the addition of an outstanding, experienced and motivated VP of Sales and Marketing. The ideal candidate will have significant sales/marketing experience with a network in place and management skills necessary to execute our corporate growth strategy and lead our sales/marketing management teams
THE POSITION
The VP of Sales & Marketing will be a key player in the senior management team, responsible for the overall sales and marketing efforts of the company. The VP of Sales & Marketing will provide leadership and vision to Sales Managers in order to drive revenue and will assist them by planning, controlling and directing the activities of their sales teams to attain maximum sell-through and profitability. The VP of Sales & Marketing will focus on 4 Key Initiatives:
- Uniting the Company Divisions and Sales Force
- Develop and Grow Key Account Relationships
- Lead and Support the Sales Managers with their Individual Brand Strategies
- Successfully on-boarding New Brands into the Company
This position may require a significant amount of travel and hours of work will vary depending on the needs of the company and its customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Providing direction, goal setting, motivation and leadership to 3+ Divisional Sales & Marketing Managers.
- Building strong relationships and strategic revenue growth plans with key customers.
- Managing and developing the sales rep network to its fullest potential by training, setting and implementing proactive sales strategies and performance measures.
- Build new divisional teams as new brands on-board with No Limits.
- PNL accountability through building and managing sales and marketing department resources, budgets, costs and personnel to reach and exceed revenue and margin targets.
- Ensuring all Sales Divisions maximize consolidated efforts and best practices as a team.
- Significantly increasing inventory turnover and reducing stale and obsolete inventory levels, through better forecasting and planning with the purchasing department.
- Maintaining and continually improving the company’s competitive position

- Experience in the Canadian retail and apparel industries.
- Strong understanding of merchandising, sales, marketing and PNL accountability.
