ECommerce Sales Coordinator
THE POSITION
No Limits Sportswear, the exclusive apparel licensee and distributor for both TapouT and the The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) in Canada, is looking for a results oriented individual to establish and maintain an effective ongoing communications platform with existing and new Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fans in Canada resulting in aggressive sales growth.
The Ecommerce Sales Coordinator will service the online direct to consumer sales paralleled to the small volume accounts through the effective use of a digital platform supported by marketing and social media initiatives.
This role is responsible for driving sales through effective customer engagement, website management, order management and inventory.
This position reports to the MMA Division Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Maintain projected brand margins through best business decisions at all times
- Sales order management
- Ensuring accurate, cost effective and timely delivery to our customers
- B2B and B2C Ecommerce sales management
- Execute online sales and marketing promotions
- Social Media initiatives
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BRING:
- Ecommerce sales experience
- Ecommerce literacy; managing images, database and communication
- Passion for MMA
- Highest level of integrity and commitment
- Retail or wholesale experience in the apparel industry
- A drive to succeed and exceptional organization skills
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality
- Must have post secondary education
- Excellent customer service skills, with ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Strong oral and written communication, time management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently with little supervision
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong negotiation skills and decision making ability
- Ability to travel internationally, as needed
- French language, an asset
